haven been updating. cos i have been half-bedridden the last 3 days. suffering from a stupid food poisoning. i think i have been really greedy. eating too much. tsk. i never want to suffer like i did on sunday again. argh. i shall be a good girl. say bye to raw food for the nxt 2 months.sighs.
